I am an outstanding classroom practitioner with 7 years experience of teaching KS1 and KS2. I am currently working as class teacher/head of year and lead practitioner. I have been successful in meeting the needs of all children including SEN and EAl where children have made rapid progress. I am confident in addressing pupil’s specific needs by catering towards different learning styles. I am successful in tracking and monitoring progress where I use it to identify pupil’s needs and employ necessary interventions so that each child can make rapid progress.
