Hello. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I have taught for over twenty years as a teacher in London. For eight years of those years, I taught Year 6. During my teaching career, I have taught a variety of students from various backgrounds and differing abilities. I make use of different teaching styles and resources to engage and support a student with their learning.
Last year, I successfully completed my degree in special needs and have been a SENCo for two years. I have planned and taught students including those with autism, mild learning difficulties including dyslexia and social and emotional difficulties.
The reason, I have taught for such a long period of time is because I enjoy teaching! It gives me great satisfaction to support a child with their learning and support them in achieving their potential.
