Hi there! My name is Jahid, I am 20 years old and I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at University College London.
Throughout my studies I have enjoyed learning and teaching others what I have learnt with the intention of helping them excel. I hold a strong interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM subjects), which drove me to study Chemical Engineering at undergraduate level. I studied both Maths and Chemistry at A-level. I have experienced tutoring within the school environment when helping younger students reach their potential.
During tutor sessions I like to work with the student to identify particular areas that may need focusing, but at the same time ensuring the broad syllabus is known to a very high standard. I also like to work with the student using exam-style questions to familiarise the student with what is to be expected and make them feel prepared for what is to come.
