About Alex H

GCSE Physics and Maths Tutor

I'm a recent Engineering graduate from Newcastle University offering Physics and Maths online tutoring for GCSE Students. My style of tutoring is mainly practical, question based. Will be able to talk through questions that will come up in the exams and help the student to solve them in a methodical and simple step by step approach. Happy to create specific resources for students that can act as a guide when answering each type of exam question, so they can practice the problems themselves outside of the tutoring sessions. I understand that maths based topics can be frustrating and sometimes often a bit dull, so I approach each session with a patient and friendly manner, whilst trying to make them as engaging and beneficial to the student as possible, only moving on to more challenging topics as the student feels completely comfortable with the more basic concepts.
