I have always prided myself in helping others, especially academically. Which eventually guided me to become an online tutor for GCSE and A-Level students.
As a first year undergraduate chemistry student at Loughborough university I believe I have picked up many useful tools that can be used applied and utilised successfully in the world of A-Level & GCSE academia.
Most of my work will revolve around how we grasp certain concepts, as I believe once we get the why we can work our way forward to a complete understanding and retention of the desired skill. I tend to relate teaching points to real life concepts. Helping increase levels of memorability & retention for the students.
Building up confidence within their ability is also extremely key, as come exam time they must be able to replicate the teachings while obtaining the marks required. Over time and with exam practice questions this will soon become something the student is very skilled at doing.
